Communities I have benefited from - Rio Nagasawa

One of the biggest communities for me is the women's hockey team in my university.
I have belonged to it from the begining of my university life. At first, I was a player but now support the team as a manager. When I injured my foot, I decided to quit playing hockey and leave the team. But some reliable senior teammates gave me a suggestion to become a manager. In the beginning, I felt like a misfit but soon I found that I was good at taking care of other people or listening to teammates' worries.
Now I am proud of myself as a manager and feel grateful to my team. I will keep supporting the team and I think I can improve myself with my teammates.
