I felt it interesting
that he and his fellows had been making effort to have Wikipedia independent
from big companies like GAFA. If I were him, I would jump to the conclusion
that we should receive a lot of money from those companies. This is because it’s
obviously the most simple and easy way to make Wikipedia sustainable. In
addition, an idiom ‘double-edged sword’, which he used to put the situation
where they were getting money from only small individuals was interesting. I think it’s a
little bit wrong way to use, but this idiom was new and interesting to me.
I won’t change the way to use Wikipedia, because there was no clear
explanation that makes the information written on Wikipedia enough reliable. I'm thinking of using Wikipedia in a way to know some new words roughly, and know some related
words or ideas with the word.
