I watched some videos about Ana Beatriz Figueiredo's interview.
She had difficulties on the race day but she could overcome thanks to the support by her teammates and family. I learned that to achieve a goal, even though the goal is a personal challenge, support by people around you is essential. And to be supported by others, you must be honest to others.
The other thing I thought interesting about her was that she was a normal girl. She is a sport car racer and that sounds like boyish, but she goes shopping with her friends and cares about her hair or clothes just like other girls. Maybe it is time to put gender stereotype aside.
I think so too. support by people around us is important. We can't succeed single-handedly and we must thank those who help us.
