Carlos Acosta - Natsuki Sakamoto

I watched videos about Carlos and leaned something important from him.

Firstly, even though there is something disadvantages, it is possible to achieve the goals. He said that he did it by working hard, dreaming big, and don’t be afraid. These three expressions captured my heart. Also, I guess what he would like to say is that it doesn’t matter who you are, ability or talent is not required to do something. Actually, I tend to think that “I can’t do it anymore because I have no talent!” and then, I give up without any hope. Now, I realized that it was bad habit and uncool. Also, I am embarrassed. This is just my opinion, but no one knows whether you have talent or not. Therefore, all we have to do is to be ambitious, be confident, and just dive into the hope!

Second, we don’t have to care what the other think. Ballet is generally thought it is for boy, so people around him teased him, but he didn’t care about that. I think his attitude inspires us to do what we really want to do. I can hear his fame. “Do what you really want to” “You don’t have to feel embarrassment for doing what you want to”.

I’d like to make the most of what I’ve learned from Carlos.

  1. I support both of the points and I think the second one is especially important. Listening to other people is necessary but you must not shrink by caring too much!
