Challenge that would stretch me - Huiwon

One of my challenges which I am trying to do here is doing Yoga everyday. I had used to do Yoga steadily when I was in Korea. However for the last four months of last year, I didn’t do it at all and at  the end of year I felt my inner condition was getting worse. So with the beginning of new year, I restarted and have been doing it quite well until now. I’ve kept my promise that I made to myself to do Yoga everyday without any exception. After restarting it, I can feel everything is getting better not only physically but also mentally. Oh ! I haven’t done todays Yoga yet so I need to finish my writing in a hurry. Bye!

    I also believe that your physical conditions would affect your mental conditions. Doing some workout is really good!!!

  3. I also did Yoga before I come to NZ but I don't do it at all.
    I can't do by myself, so I'll start stretching or something which I can do all by myself.

  5. You said yoga is one of the challenge, but it is easy challenge because you like doing yoga! You just enjoy! You don't have to think that yoga is challenge!

  6. I've never tried Yoga before, but I've heard a lot about its benefits. For sure it's something on my achievement's wish-list, even that I don't become into an yoga expertise, at least I wanna try and learn with it.

  7. Interesting. For me I get some exercise by walking to the UOLC from my home in the morning and back again in the evening. When I don't do it I miss it, just like you missed doing yoga.
