I watched “Carlos Acosta – from Havana’s streets to the
Royal Ballet” and “Carlos Acosta reflects on 17 years with The Royal Ballet”.
I heard that he was doing break dance when he was 9 years
old. His experience in Havana’s streets contributed to be a top ballet dancer.
I am surprised that he tried to act a role people didn’t
think or he didn’t think he was suited because it seems much more difficult than
acting famous role.
I am also surprised to hear that he hasn’t got any vision as
well as his life he is living because I have thought that he has very clear
vision of his ballet life. He said that he wants to build a platform so that
long after he’s gone, it can help young dancers from all over the world. I learned
from him the importance of just practicing as you had done and help others
especially those who has similar ambition.
Carlos Acosta is so passionate! I hope him to realize his dream of building a platform.
ReplyDeleteI hope so, too.
DeleteI learned that great persons make efforts not only for themselves but also for other people.
ReplyDeleteI learned the same thing, too.
DeleteI'd like to be such a person some day.
It is surprising he doesn't have clear vision of his ballet life. I hope he'll able to do as he wished! It is respectable to think about the next generation.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you.
DeleteI learned what a real respectable person is.
